I had done sone searching ahead of time because the two things I needed worked on were tasks that few shops did.
I came in with an electric blanket throw with very complicated cleaning instructions. She looked over the instructions and was very honest. She told me how she would clean it and how I could honestly do it at home.
I also brought in a weekend bag where the zipper fell off track. She was able to have it repaired within a day.
It was an extra drive for me, but it was worth it!
